We are currently accepting the following insurances: Ohio and Kentucky Medicaid, Cigna, Medical Mutual, and United Healthcare. If your insurance is not listed, please inform us of your provider, so that we can explore working with them.
We also accept self-pay and will provide you with a sliding fee scale to meet your financial needs.
DCC does not offer 24 hour care
