Dr. Tiffany M. Darby, LPCC-S (Owner)
Dr. Darby has over 20 years of mental health services experience. She earned her Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Kent State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Designation and a Licensed School Counselor in the State of Ohio. Throughout her professional career, Dr. Darby has worked in a variety of settings including, partial-hospitalization, residential, college counseling, outpatient, school and community based. She has worked mostly with diverse youth who display behavior concerns, families and couples. Dr. Darby is an active member of the American Counseling Association. She has presented on a variety of topics at several conferences nationwide. Dr. Darby has been a college professor since 2015. She is currently Clinical Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University.

Melissa Parsons, LPCC
Ms. Parsons has 14 years in the social services field. She received her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University. Her clinical vision is to ensure the virtual experience is a safe place for her clients and their families to experience their vulnerabilities while sharing their stories. She includes multiple treatment modalities into sessions. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in different clinical settings to address anger, substance use, trauma, depression, interpersonal problems, low self-esteem, and anxiety. During the initial session, she will complete the Mental Health Assessment to gather important information and from there, you can set up weekly or biweekly sessions. Ms. Parsons will speak with you directly to arrange days/times that best fit everyone’s schedule. She can be reached at mparsons@darbycc.org.

Jocelyn Boyd, MSSA, LSW
Ms. Boyd has 12 years of experience in the social services field. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Thiel College majoring in psychology and acquired her master’s degree from Case Western Reserve in social science administration. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, and a participant in several social work organizations locally. Ms. Boyd’s experience in the social services field includes child protection and therapy, adult mental health treatment, and providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. She is invested in the overall health of her patients. She uses a range of techniques when providing therapy, including practices based on dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT).
Her availability is evenings from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm daily, and her schedule is flexible. She can be reached at jboyd@darbycc.org.

Latisa Hamilton , LPC-Intern
Ms. Hamilton is a senior at Grand Canyon University where she is completing her Masters of Science in Professional Counseling. In such a broad profession Latisa has learned the importance of applying classic techniques to modern day counseling. Being knowledgeable of different therapeutic approaches she often incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into most of her sessions. Having over 10 years of experience in mental health as an Intensive Case Manager, Recovery Coach and Assessment Worker working with various ages. Supporting people with substance abuse, medical/ mental health disorders, homelessness, residential, reintegration, inpatient/ outpatient counseling, trauma and crisis intervention. Completing her Internship with Dr. Tiffany Darby with the goal of receiving her LPC in March 2021.

Andrea Paul, LPC
Ms. Paul is a licensed professional counselor who graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2018. Andrea has experience working with children, adolescents, transitional aged youth, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, from depression and anxiety to relational issues and personal growth. Within the adult population, Andrea specifically enjoys working with women experiencing the “quarter-life” and “year-30” crises. Andrea is always willing to help people create a specific and actionable plan for their lives.
Andrea utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-Focused therapies to help get you to where you want to be in your life. While you are the expert on you, Andrea can help you tweak the way you respond to, interact with, and perceive your world as you move forward successfully.
